What to expect
Day 1
Opening & Data Kickoff
Welcome remarks, coalition updates, and an introduction to the datasets and challenge tracks for the week.
Day 2–4
Collaborative Build Sprints
Cross-functional teams of technologists, scientists, and residents prototype tools, dashboards, and pilot programs.
Day 5
Community Showcase
Teams present their work to community partners, funders, and local government for feedback and next steps.
